Acer beTouch E400 runs Android 2.1 and features: 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, native Microsoft Exchange Server support, 3.2MP camera, and a 600MHz Qualcomm CPU.The Acer E400 also comes with the “smart Acer Lighting Behavior with smart LED lighting that flashes in different colors to let you know when a new message has arrived, if you missed a call or whether the battery is low.” The E400 will hit the market in April.

Acer was prepared to ship a few more Android phones in the new decade. Just a few months after the original Liquid began to ship, along comes a minor upgrade in the Liquid e. The main improvements? Details of two new Acer smartphones have emerged, courtesy of the Bluetooth SIG. The handsets – the Acer E110, running Android, and the Acer P300, running Windows Mobile – both have touchscreens, quadband GSM and UMTS/HSDPA, with the E110 seemingly confirmed in both 900/2100MHz and 850/1900MHz versions suggesting US AT&T availability.
Each smartphone also has Bluetooth (with A2DP support), while the Bluetooth SIG go on to confirm that the E110 has GPS and AGPS.
