Verizon to Drop Blackberry Storm

No thanks to high returns, Verizon may very well find itself dropping the Blackberry Storm and come up with a new handset. And if this rumor is true, the real loser in the end could be RIM since Verizon is their biggest retailer for the troublesome Blackberry Storm.

Rumor or not, this should be something serious especially for RIM. But when a phone has a high level of returns, what else can Verizon do other than to go with another handset? Well, just don’t be surprised if it becomes official. It seems practically imminent.

Snapback app for BlackBerry devices

Snapback is a new application made specifically for BlackBerry devices, which is totally related to the dropped calls that sometimes happen.

Well, in order to make the dropped calls less troublesome, Snapback will instantly reconnect to the number you were talking to, so there is no need for the user to type the number again. This is pretty good for everyone that uses bluetooth devices and has several dropped calls per day.
