Philips has released a new mobile phone called the Philips D812. The new handset is sports a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display with resolution of 240 x 400 pixels (WQVGA).

The Philips D812 phone is designed to Chinese market via China Telecom. It is work in GSM and CDMA EV-DO networks.

The new phone is made in a classic form factor and packs a 2.2-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA), 2 megapixel camera with LED flash, a MicroSD card slot (up to 16GB), Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, media player, and FM radio with RDS.

In addition, the Philips Xenium X513 has dual SIM card slots and support for GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz network.

Philips Xenium X712 and LG GD550

There is information about a couple of upcoming handsets, known as Philips Xenium X712 and LG GD550. Both phones are unannounced and have a 5-megapixel camera feature.

Philips Xenium X712 is a clamshell phone and probably a dual SIM card slot. Sadly, there is no exact detail specification of this Philips Xenium X712 phone.

The LG GD550 phone is comes in a slider form factor and support for quad-band GSM connectivity. According to source, this phone is quite like the LG Pure and might think of it as resembling phone. Like the Philips Xenium X712, no word on release date or pricing of two phones.

Philips Xenium X312

Philips Xenium X312 is yet another one of Philips’ phones that come with a powerful battery, being capable of offering up to one month of stand-by time.

There are no details about the handset’s other features – however, since the X312 looks almost exactly like the Philips X320, their features might be similar. So we should expect the Philips X312 to have a QVGA display, Bluetooth, Music player, FM radio, 2MP camera, and MicroSD card support.

Most of Philips’ phones don’t have 3G connectivity, so the X312 probably doesn’t have it, either.
